We utilized the Simply Voting site to conduct our Country Club Annual General Meeting elections and voting process. We found it to be extremely convenient, cost effective and was very well received by all of the members that utilized it. We were extremely pleased with your service. I found I got prompt and helpful response to my e-mails for assistance in setting up: when we experienced a problem with international times (apparently I set the dates before I set the time-zone) and when I noticed a typo in the ballot paper after I had finalised. The election itself ran without incident or complaint, and without any need for me to do anything after initial setting up. We will be using your service again next time we are holding an online ballot.

Lincoln School is a small, independent international school that in the past had difficulties reaching out to the electors or obtaining the 25% quorum required to validate the Board election process. For our southern region ballots, we were THRILLED with the response—double our normal paper ballots. I was concerned, however, at the number of bounce-backs. Not sure what we can do about this in the future. What do other organizations do?

Your voting system and customer service are EXCELLENT! You have thought of everything to make it easy for admins to set up and conduct an election. I'm having a hard time thinking of anything you could do different. Even when I didn't see an option to print a paper ballot, you emailed one to me right away. Unless it's rare for people to ask for a paper ballot, I guess you could add a button to print one. But if you choose not to add this option, the system is still GREAT the way it is!!!!

Thank you for all of your help with our election. We had record participation in our board election -- 609 ballots cast, 429 of which were cast online, and a total turnout of 12.3% of our membership. I believe this is the highest NUMBER of ballots we have ever had cast in any Weavers Way election; and the turnout percentage has been exceeded only once in our recent history (on a particularly fundamental bylaw change vote). This was certainly the most successful routine election we've had in recent years, and we attribute that almost entirely to the availability of online voting.

We really enjoyed working with SimplyVoting. Our members found the service easy-to-use, and I found your service and responsiveness wonderful. Our leadership committee really enjoyed the reduced work compared to their old job of tallying hundreds of paper ballots. Please feel free to use us as a reference for other customers in our sector. Your email blast feature-- with the built-in direct voting links-- had a direct impact on turnout (each blast that we sent resulted in 100 or more votes within 24 hours). I also especially appreciated Bret's lightning-fast response to address a vote reset during our final paper ballot entry session last night.
