About the Role
This position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is sociable and interested in sales, yet appreciates the comfort of managing warm inbound leads as opposed to a hard sell. You will help prospective customers understand how Simply Voting solves their problems and then close the deal. You will also manage post-sale customer relationships with a focus on success and retention. We will give you proper training to understand the industry, the general sales cycle and relationship management, and how our voting system works. Note: This is a non-commissioned position.

Qualifications
- Fluency in French
- Experience with inside sales and a drive to sell
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively from a home office
- University degree in a relevant field
- Creative mindset and eagerness to grow with the company
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled discovery calls with prospective customers
- Conduct remote demonstrations for prospective customers
- Analyze election requirements and write proposals and RFP responses
- Conduct regular follow-ups to move the sales process along to closure
- Follow best practices to maximise conversion of warm leads to customers
- Conduct annual health check meetings with high value customers
- Follow-up with dissatisfied customers and try to repair satisfaction
- Follow best practices to align the solution with customer’s goal and minimize customer churn
- Develop and maintain an understanding of online voting and the capabilities of our voting system
- Utilize a Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to capture the customer journey and relationship
- Travel and provide in-person presentations or sell at tradeshows (very infrequently)
