For voters who may not have an email address you can also choose to have a hybrid election and enter paper ballots directly into our system alongside those cast online. Other options include telephone voting and/or sending out a voter information letter to provide voters with their voting credentials. With online voting, you can run a membership-wide vote alongside region- or site-specific elections for officers using our voter segmentation feature. For ratification or tentative agreement votes, you may choose to include a link to the relevant documentation on the ballot itself for your membership to review prior to casting their vote.
